What happens if I reply to a lead manually?

Which calendar platform does it use?
Calendly and GoHighLevel (GHL). The bot reads your live availability and books appointments directly through the Calendly or GHL API. If a lead books through your public calendar link outside of Instagram, a background sync keeps everything up to date automatically.
